About The Position
Unified Women’s Healthcare, through its affiliate Lifeline Medical Associates, is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their practice in West Long Branch. The practice has a 30-year history, a solid patient base, and includes 6 OB/GYN physicians and 3 certified nurse midwives. They serve patients in the New Jersey shore area across three locations: West Long Branch, Lakewood, and Middletown. Deliveries and surgical procedures are performed at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ, a reputable hospital with women's health subspecialists and a Level 3 NICU. This role offers a great opportunity for a graduating or experienced CNM to engage in various aspects of women's health and achieve a good work-life balance.
Requirements
- AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
- Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
- Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN)
- Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
- CPR and NALS Certification
- Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
- One year of full-time experience as a CNM is required.
Responsibilities
- See 25 patients in the office one day per week.
- Perform 16-hour call shifts (overnight) twice a week.
- Contribute to 80-85 deliveries per month as part of the group.
- Work across three practice locations: West Long Branch, Lakewood, and Middletown.
