About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants at The Timbers of Cass County, a 108-bed facility in Dowagiac, Michigan. This is a per diem role with 8-hour shifts. CNAs provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a team-focused environment at a 100% employee-owned organization. Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Completion of a CNA/STNA course and state certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-minded approach and eagerness to learn.
• Positive attitude and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to approved care plans.
• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care, and support resident safety.
• Follow and practice infection control procedures.
• Complete required documentation, including vital signs.
• Immediately report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
