About The Position

Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant for the Suites of Someren Glen. CNAs are essential members of the Nursing Team and contribute to everyday care planning and individualized resident care. The role supports residents’ social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being, with opportunities to grow in the CNA profession or use the position as a step toward nursing. The employer seeks collaborative team members with a passion for working with older adults.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Three to six months of experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or memory care and a passion for working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily hygiene care for residents with dignity and respect.
• Learn residents’ preferences and personalize their care.
• Document care accurately and promptly report changes or concerns to appropriate team members.
• Follow safety, infection control, and risk management procedures.
• Keep the supervisor updated on each resident’s status and condition.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
