Requirements
- Currently registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant in South Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA) is required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Help ensure patient comfort and safety at all times
- Change bed linens and maintain a clean, organized patient space
- Assist with transporting patients to tests and procedures
- Serve and collect meal trays and provide between-meal nourishment
- Record temperature and vital signs as directed by nursing staff
- Support the nursing team with a variety of patient care activities
