This position involves providing basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff. The Nurse Assistant Training Program is available for those seeking to become unlicensed assistive personnel, functioning within a classroom and clinical learning environment. During clinical rotations, trainees will provide basic patient care under supervision, perform duties within their scope of practice, and report changes in patient condition. A competency assessment will be administered at the end of the training.
