About The Position

Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team serving patients throughout Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Caroline County, and surrounding communities. Our patients need CNAs who show up, care deeply, and understand how much dignity and kindness matter. As a Home Health CNA, you'll provide one-on-one care that allows patients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You won't be responsible for an entire hallway of patients. You won't be bouncing from room to room answering call bells. You'll have the opportunity to focus on the person in front of you and provide the compassionate care they deserve. For more than 27 years, Human Touch Home Health has helped patients remain safely and comfortably at home while receiving the care and support they need. Our CNAs are often the people patients and families see the most. You become the familiar face they trust, the helping hand they depend on, and sometimes the bright spot in their day. That's why we want caregivers who aren't simply looking for another assignment. We're looking for people who genuinely care about the work they do.
