About The Position

Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing PRN team throughout Northern Virginia. We are looking for CNAs across Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Arlington County, Alexandria, Falls Church, and surrounding communities. Service areas include Falls Church, Arlington, Alexandria, McLean, Vienna, Annandale, Fairfax, Springfield, Burke, Lorton, Reston, Herndon, Chantilly, Centreville, Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, South Riding, Purcellville, Manassas, Manassas Park, Woodbridge, Dale City, Lake Ridge, Gainesville, Haymarket, Bristow, Dumfries, Triangle, and surrounding areas. You don't have to cover all of Northern Virginia. We work to match available patient opportunities with the areas you're willing and able to serve. If you're looking for PRN work that gives you flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful difference in someone's home, we want to hear from you. Home health is different. You're not rushing down a hallway trying to care for several people at once. You're walking into one patient's home and giving that person your attention. You have the opportunity to learn their routine, understand what they need, recognize changes, and help them maintain their dignity and independence. Because sometimes the things that seem small make the biggest difference. Helping someone get ready for the day. Making sure they can safely move around their home. Preparing something to eat. Listening when they need to talk. That's care. And it matters.
