Requirements

• Active Virginia CNA Certification Required
• Current CPR/BLS Certification Preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to clients' homes within your selected service area

Nice To Haves

• Home Care or Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care assistance
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition
• Follow the established plan of care
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
