About The Position

Priority Management is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct care to residents at Ridgmar Medical Lodge in Fort Worth, Texas. The care team supports residents with dedication and compassion, helping promote excellent care and recovery. The role assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting their independence, dignity, safety, and well-being. The posting identifies full-time work and advertises 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. shifts, although another section lists a 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Current Nurse Aide certification and good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
Ability to understand, remember, and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
Help assure resident safety.
Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress residents appropriately, and provide nail care for assigned residents.
Follow the resident assignment schedule established by the charge nurse.
Lift, move, and transfer residents as required.
Answer call lights in a timely manner.
Assist residents with feeding or feed them.
Keep residents clean and dry, including toileting and providing incontinence care.
Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
