About The Position

American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Allisonville Meadows. CNAs help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. CNAs work with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. The posting lists full-time and part-time opportunities across day, evening, and night shifts.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
