About The Position
BAYADA is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide one-on-one care to adults in their homes. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the CNA provides personal care, household support, and companionship to help clients remain safe and independent at home. The role offers flexible scheduling and a team-based care environment. The listed pay is $19–$20 per hour. Responsibilities
- Follow a written plan of care established by a registered nurse.
- Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Provide companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
