About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care to clients in their homes in Cleveland, Gaston, Lincolnton, and Rutherfordton Counties. CNAs are part of a home care team and receive support from a 24/7 on-call clinical manager. Requirements

• At least one year of work experience.
• Certificate documenting at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant training.
• Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide range-of-motion exercises and assist with transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Provide medication assistance.
