Requirements

must genuinely care about others
CPR, First Aide Certification
Current Med Tech certification

Nice To Haves

Current and active Medication Administration Training Certification in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

Administers the correct oral and external medications to residents daily.
Monitor the therapeutic effects of medications.
Reports observed changes in behavior and clinical status to nurse.
Bathe and assist residents with their ADL's
Monitor stock levels of equipment, etc. to verify they are maintained on premises to meet residents' needs while recommending changes in techniques and/or procedures for cost-effective and efficient operation.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or administration.
