Certified Medication Technician- South Hills
About The Position
Juniper Communities is hiring Certified Medication Technicians for its South Hills location. Medication Technicians provide physical support to help residents in a senior living setting stay engaged, safe, and independent. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with all shifts open. Pay is $18–$21 per hour depending on experience, with a shift differential for the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift. A sign-on bonus is offered to certified medication technicians hired between 11/4/2026 and 12/1/2026. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- Medication Technician certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, arranging transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
