About The Position

Spring Oak Berlin is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Medication Aides to care for residents at its Berlin, New Jersey location. The position is available on day, evening, and overnight shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. The listed pay is $21.09 per hour. Eligible team members may receive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Requirements

• Hold current and valid CMA certification.
• Be able to follow individualized care plans and medication procedures.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in assisted living or senior living.

Responsibilities

• Administer routine medications according to physician orders, care plans, and New Jersey requirements.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities while supporting their dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the Wellness team.
• Accurately document medication administration and resident care.
• Work under the direction of the nurse, Director of Wellness, or supervisor to provide attentive, compassionate care.
