About The Position
Sprenger Health Care is a third-generation developer, owner, and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. Its services include long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation. The Certified Medication Aide works at Rose Lane Health and Rehab in Massillon, Ohio, and provides direct resident care in accordance with nursing service policies and procedures. Requirements
- Must be a nursing assistant in accordance with state regulations.
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a Certified Medication Aide who has successfully completed a state-approved training program and any required examination.
- Must provide documentation of certification and proof of state certification upon application.
Responsibilities
- Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures.
- Provide direct resident care as assigned.
- Complete tub baths, showers, or bed baths.
- Take residents to the dining room and assist with feeding as assigned.
- Provide personal care to all assigned residents.
