About The Position

Twin Health’s Certified Medical Assistants support clinical and administrative work across practice areas, including Intake, Member Enrollment, and Member Program Activation. The role supports the member journey from intake and enrollment through active program care management and works in partnership with nursing and care teams to uphold operational standards and best practices. Core activities include preparing charts, scheduling appointments, conducting intake tasks, reconciling medications, confirming primary care provider and specialist details, and verifying pharmacy information. In Enrollment, the CMA also makes scheduled onboarding calls and coordinates with service advisors and Registered Nurses. Success depends on strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in scheduling and documentation, comfort with multiple systems and platforms, and the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change. The role supports virtual onboarding and visits by capturing and confirming health-profile information, maintaining accurate member records, and following HIPAA requirements. CMAs use EMR tools and other communication channels to complete tasking, assist with medication requests, lab reminders, prior authorizations, scheduling, and other non-clinical triage. They participate in team huddles, care-management planning, operations meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives, and may help with pilots, process tracking, member outreach, and follow-up calls. The position works under the general supervision of the Team Leader and/or Registered Nurse Ops Manager. Licensed health professionals are available to non-clinical administrative staff during initial screening and related care-management or program-enrollment tasks. Schedule options are Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CST; Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST; or Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST. The position is remote. Compensation is $21.63 per hour.
