About The Position

We are looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to work in our outpatient Primary Care program throughout Clark and Madison Counties. This position will provide administrative and clinical support for the primary care clinics. The Medical Assistant will manage the flow of patients through the clinic and coordinates the paperwork, scheduling and pre-visit data for patients. This position may work with both adult and youth populations. This is a FT position, working Monday-Friday 1st shift, no weekends or holidays. Staff may rotate between Main Building, Primary Care on High Street and Madison County offices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy experience and/or certification required
• Valid OH Drivers License and able to be covered on MHS insurance liability policy (Clean driving record)

Nice To Haves

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• Previous experience in medical office, billing and EHR preferred
• 1 year of experience in mental or behavioral health preferred
