Up to a $1,000 Sign on Bonus Available We are looking to add an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to our Baptist Heart Specialists office located in Jacksonville Beach, FL. This is a Full-Time, Days opportunity Monday through Friday. The experienced candidate will perform back office Medical Assistant duties, such as rooming patients and administering EKGs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Certified Medical Assistant Required

- Associate of Arts/Science Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides medical assistance to physician
- Obtains vital signs
- Greets and chaperones patients during medical visit
- Maintains medical documentation
- Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician
- Processes prescription requests and referrals
