About The Position

AllCare is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant who values clear workflows, strong clinic support, and a team that runs with structure and professionalism. This role is ideal for an MA who takes pride in accuracy, steady patient flow, and patient-first service - without constant chaos or unclear expectations. This patient-facing clinic role supports primary and urgent care. The schedule is 3x12 shifts (7:45am-8:00pm) with rotating/alternating weekends (8:45am-2:00pm). Pay add-ons include weekend differential pay and overtime opportunities. The role involves supporting providers and patients end-to-end, keeping care moving efficiently and safely. This includes clinical intake and documentation in the EMR (vitals, histories, med updates), assisting with exams and procedures, venipuncture, specimen collection, processing, and required QC checks, point-of-care testing with accurate documentation, EKGs, administering medications/injections per provider order and AllCare policy, and supporting discharge instructions and required documentation. Additionally, the role involves helping the clinic run smoothly, including open/close responsibilities and compliance checklists, check-in/check-out, verifying insurance, confirming demographics in the EMR, maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and managing supplies, scheduling/rescheduling appointments and completing follow-ups as needed, and supporting the training of new team members using established processes. AllCare Primary & Immediate Care combines preventive primary care and fast access for urgent needs across 15 Atlanta-area locations, with online scheduling, same-day appointments, and after-hours/weekend availability.
