This is a full-time Certified Medical Assistant position in Urology Specialists. The role involves delivering care to patients, performing general patient care, preparing patients for healthcare providers, obtaining and recording vital signs, administering medications and vaccines, drawing blood samples, performing EKGs, scheduling diagnostic tests, documenting patient care plans, communicating test results, preparing and sterilizing instruments, maintaining exam rooms, escalating issues, ensuring safety checklists are completed, and protecting patient privacy. The role may also involve front office duties and other assigned tasks. The department is characterized by strong teamwork, a fast-paced environment, and a need for compassion and empathy.
