About The Position

We are looking for a high-performing Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who takes ownership of their role, works with urgency, and brings a team-first mindset every day. This is not a slow-paced environment. We are a busy primary care clinic that values efficiency, accountability, and high-quality patient care. A 4 day workweek; Full-time; Tuesday - Friday. Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
• Primary care experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to stay organized and manage a high-volume workload
• Strong sense of accountability—you follow through and close loops
• Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving
• Team player—willing to step in where needed
• Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of operations and support for our team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Room patients efficiently and accurately (vitals, histories, documentation)
• Keep your provider on track and anticipate needs throughout the day
• Assist with procedures, injections, immunizations, and lab draws
• Own your in-basket: messages, refills, and follow-through
• Maintain clean, stocked, and ready exam rooms
