Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant
2 years minimum medical assistant experience
Proficiency in medical software and tools
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Monitor the new patient schedule
Manage check-ins
Keep a close eye on overall wait times
Prep injection supplies
Route patients
Collect relevant information to streamline processes
Proactively assist the physician during procedures
Provide necessary supplies while adhering to proper sanitation and procedure room protocols
Manage all medical inventory, ensuring that the facility is well-stocked and organized for optimal patient care
