About The Position

This role is for a Certified Medical Assistant in a Primary Care setting. The Medical Assistant will coordinate patient visits by preparing treatment environments and conducting initial screenings. They will accurately document vital signs and care journeys, providing the medical team with high-quality data. The role also involves transcribing and processing orders for labs and imaging, managing front-of-house communications, and maintaining medical supplies to support the clinical flow.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Approved credentialing bodies include, but may not be limited to: American Medical Technologists, National Healthcare Assoc, National Center for Competency Testing, National Assoc for Health Professionals and American Assoc of Medical Assistants.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
1+ years of primary care Medical Assistant experience.
