This role involves traveling as needed to fulfill staffing needs and support clinic operations across various locations. The Certified Medical Assistant will stay up-to-date with all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and maintaining required education and competencies. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient office flow by preparing patients and equipment, initiating testing, and documenting results. The position also requires maintaining OSHA regulatory enforcement, office compliance, and safety processes. The Medical Assistant will provide whole patient care during office visits, including intake, test results, screenings, labs, medication administration, and closing care gaps, while maintaining strict confidentiality of patient and employee information. Support for staff teamwork is expected, along with performing clinical intake, assisting with minor procedures, and educating patients. Inventory management and ensuring adequate supplies and functioning medical equipment are also key duties. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday, Day Shift schedule, with vacancies located within Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties.
