About The Position

RAMC is looking for a CMA, or LPN to join our team! This position will support our Specialty Clinic in both Dermatology and Sleep Medicine. The Certified Medical Assistant/ LPN is responsible for a variety of patient care, technical, and clerical related functions in the ambulatory setting. The Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for clinic patient care as directed by the Provider or RN. This individual may also be involved in the training and guidance of clinical staff. As a member of the patient care team, the Certified Medical Assistant is also aware of the psychosocial needs of patients and families.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school where a diploma in Medical Assistant is granted.
• CMA certification through AMAA or CCMA.
• BLS certified.
• Graduate from an accredited school for licensed practical nurses.
• Current licensure as a practical nurse in the state of Wisconsin.
• Certification of completion of a pharmacology course.
• BLS certification required.
