About The Position

Skillforce is hiring Certified Lull Operators for ongoing project work at commercial construction sites in Sandston, Virginia. The operator safely lifts, moves, and places materials across active commercial jobsites, helps keep crews supplied, and maintains equipment in good working order. This is a day-shift role with shifts of 8 or 10 hours depending on the site. Pay is $22 to $24 per hour based on experience and skillset, with weekly W-2 pay.

Requirements

Valid Lull certification.
At least 2 years of experience operating a Lull on commercial construction sites.
Strong understanding of jobsite safety protocols and equipment operation.
Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Authorization to work in the United States.

3 or more years of experience operating a Lull on commercial construction sites.

Responsibilities

Safely operate Lull extended-reach forklifts to lift, move, and position materials on site.
Complete pre-operational checks and equipment inspections before every shift.
Follow site safety protocols and regulations.
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
Work with crew members to keep tasks moving and on schedule.
Maintain accurate equipment usage records and report maintenance or repair needs.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
