Certified Hyperbaric Technologist/Hyperbaric Safety Director - Temporary
About The Position
The Temporary Certified Hyperbaric Technologist/Safety Director is responsible for overseeing hyperbaric treatments and ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed. This role involves the development, coordination, and implementation of safety and regulatory standards to create a safe environment for patient care within the hyperbaric program, in accordance with the Standards of Practice, policies, procedures, and NFPA99. The CHT/Hyperbaric Safety Director will act as the primary resource for staff regarding the safety, maintenance, and system compliance of the hyperbaric program. Key responsibilities include ensuring the quality of patient hyperbaric treatments, staff training and competencies, and adherence to standards of care and safety in treatment delivery, while maintaining patient and environmental safety at all times. Candidates must successfully complete required medical screening, background checks, and drug testing.
Requirements
- Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT)
- Completion of required medical screening
- Pass background checking
- Pass drug test
Responsibilities

- Maintain patient and environmental safety at all times.
