About The Position

As a Certified Home Theater Associate, you’ll create world-class shopping experiences by providing excellent service and complete solutions, with an emphasis on premium home theater. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert. Once trained, you’ll work toward revenue, margin and operational targets and share your knowledge with other sales associates so they’re prepared to demonstrate, promote and sell home theater products.

• One year of experience working with consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and connect customers with the appropriate employees for returns and exchanges.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning and certifications.
• Consult with customers in store, by phone or via online chat.
• Keep the department organized and ready to serve customers.
• Provide feedback to vendor partners about products and customer engagement.
• Work toward revenue, margin and operational targets.
• Share knowledge with other sales associates to help them demonstrate, promote and sell home theater products.
