About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide care for a client in New Castle, Delaware. This is an ongoing case, with hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The caregiver must be comfortable using a Hoyer lift. The role includes assisting the client with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and vital-sign checks, as well as helping with routine home management tasks. Requirements
- HHA certification is required.
- CNA license.
- Must be comfortable using a Hoyer lift.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Perform range-of-motion exercises.
- Support transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
- Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Complete home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, bed making, and light housekeeping.
- Assist with ambulation.
