About The Position
Concierge Care is building its caregiver team for a new home care assignment in Middleburg, FL, starting next week. This opportunity offers dependable one-on-one home care with flexible scheduling and weekly pay through our W-2 agency. This is a PRN employment role with recurring client opportunities, offering a pay range of $18–$22 per hour, with potential for higher rates on select assignments. Caregivers will be among the first considered for this new client and will benefit from flexible availability, additional assignments as their schedule grows, and support from a responsive scheduling and office team. No personal liability insurance is required.
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- CPR certification
- Social Security card
- A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases
- Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication
- Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
- Authorization for a comprehensive background review, including civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.
