About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a valued member of our growing team. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months patient care experience
• Current BLS CPR certification
• LPN licensure to practice in the State of Wisconsin (for LPN role)
• Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) certification required within 18 months of hire

Responsibilities

• 0.75 FTE. 60 hours bi-weekly
• 12-hour shifts with every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled
• Flexible, unit-specific scheduling—no fixed or permanent schedules
