About The Position
We are actively seeking a full-time Certified Hand Therapist to join a small, supportive, close-knit team. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with hand surgeons in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong referral demand. Requirements
- Active Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT), or eligibility for Oregon licensure.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy, or a qualifying Physical Therapy degree.
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, one-on-one hand therapy services.
- Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
