About The Position

SportsCare & Armworks is excited to welcome a dedicated and motivated Occupational or Physical therapist to join our large hand team with an enthusiastic attitude to grow and develop their skills as a hand therapist for immediate hire. We treat post-traumatic, surgical, and repetitive strain injuries of the elbow, wrist and hand. Our team members enjoy being part of a collaborative team of OTs, PTs, Assistants, and Aides focused on being educators, guides, and coaches with our patients to get the best outcomes. Our entire leadership team is a combination of PTs and OTs who regularly treat patients, so we understand the issues you face every day.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
Current state of OR occupational therapy license.
Current CHT license.
CPR certification.
Experience in splinting preferred, or a strong willingness to learn splinting techniques.
A therapist who is a coach, guide, and educator for their patients.
Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic.
A passion for occupational therapy, hand therapy, and patient care.
Enjoys working in a dynamic and multi therapist team environment.
