About The Position

Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of conditions, injuries and illness within the scope of practice of an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist and in collaboration with The Doctors Clinic physicians. The therapist will work with a network of hand surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, occupational medicine physicians, family physicians and advanced practice clinicians. This practice offers a busy caseload of trauma, degenerative diseases, and occupational injuries.

Requirements

• Current certification by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC).
• Current license in the state of Washington.
• Graduate of accredited OT or PT program.
• Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers.
• Advanced skills in orthotic and custom splinting fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of conditions, injuries and illness within the scope of practice of an Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist.
• Collaboration with The Doctors Clinic physicians.
• Working with a network of hand surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, occupational medicine physicians, family physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
• Managing a caseload of trauma, degenerative diseases, and occupational injuries.
