About The Position
We are urgently hiring certified flaggers to join our traffic control team. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work in fast-paced outdoor environments.
Requirements
- Valid Flagger Certification (ATSSA, state-approved, or equivalent)
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be willing to travel up to 1 hour to various job sites
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety at all times
Responsibilities
- Direct and control traffic around construction and work zones
- Communicate clearly with crew members to maintain safe operations
- Set up and remove traffic control signs, cones, and barricades
- Follow all state, local, and company safety regulations
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with the public
