Requirements
- Current Washington State Flagger Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical job duties for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Safely direct vehicles, pedestrians, and equipment through active work zones.
- Set up, maintain, inspect, and remove traffic-control devices in accordance with approved Traffic Control Plans.
- Maintain awareness of changing traffic, weather, jobsite, and crew conditions.
- Communicate clearly with other Flaggers, TCS personnel, supervisors, construction crews, and the public.
- Help ensure signs, cones, barricades, and other devices remain properly positioned throughout the shift.
- Identify and immediately communicate unsafe conditions.
- Keep traffic-control vehicles, equipment, and devices clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Assist other Cannon crews with appropriate work when traffic-control responsibilities allow and proper training has been provided.
- Represent Cannon professionally on every jobsite.
