About The Position
Traffic Plan is hiring full-time Flaggers. We are looking for dependable people to help keep traffic moving safely through work zones. If you've got a valid license, your own transportation, and a solid work ethic, we want to hear from you. We offer a $2,000 bonus after 6 months, paid 30 days later, weekly pay, year-round work, advancement opportunities, and performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Comfortable standing 8-12 hours in all weather
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Set up traffic signs and cones
- Direct vehicles safely through work zones
- Communicate with crews using radios and signals
- Monitor for hazards and protect team members
- Occasionally drive company vehicles
