Exceptional Student Education Teacher
About The Position
The Certified ESE Teacher provides individualized instruction and support for students with exceptional needs in a resource room setting. The role delivers pull-out services aligned with students’ IEP goals and district standards, monitors student progress, and maintains compliance with Florida regulations. The teacher collaborates with general education teachers, families, and support staff to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time hourly contract role in Tallahassee, Florida, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The position is scheduled to start immediately and continue through the end of Extended School Year (ESY). Compensation is hourly, based on experience, with bi-weekly pay through agency payroll.
Requirements
- Florida Teaching Certification in Exceptional Student Education.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt instruction across grade levels.
