The Terrace is a skilled nursing facility that cares for older adults who need extra support. Some of our residents are here short term to recover after surgery or illness. Others (most) live with us long term, including those with Alzheimer’s or memory loss. Every person here depends on us. And we take that responsibility to heart. In our facility we feel the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is pivotal to the recovery & dietary needs of our patient/resident. No two days are the same, and the work you do is noticed and appreciated by everyone.
Requirements
- CDM - Certified Dietary Manager Certification is strongly preferred
- Prior experience as a CDM or Food Services Director in a medical facility or central kitchen is ideal
- Relevant ServSafe & sanitation certifications in addition to the CDM
Nice To Haves
- Culinary training highly desirable, but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage a team
