About The Position

Requirements

• Have at least one year of experience or have completed an accredited dental-assisting program.
• Hold current BLS and Radiology certifications.
• Have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Be comfortable communicating closely with patients.
• Be willing to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during procedures using four-handed dentistry.
• Set up and break down treatment rooms with precision and cleanliness.
• Take quality x-rays and radiographs.
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection-control protocols.
• Greet and support patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Provide post-operative instructions and promote oral-health education.
• Collaborate with the team to support a seamless workday.
• Manage inventory and contribute to overall office flow.
• Help deliver a positive patient experience.
