CNYPAI delivers advanced outpatient Radiology and Imaging services, including MRI and PET/CT, supported by cutting-edge technology and some of the most respected experts in the field. As a CT Technologist, you will perform a variety of CT examinations using state-of-the-art Siemens imaging equipment in a collaborative, high-quality outpatient environment. Your expertise will directly support accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and innovative research, while helping patients receive the answers and care they need. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
  • New York State Radiology license
  • New York State certification to inject contrast media
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography: ARRT (R)(CT)
  • Maintenance of continuing education credits per ARRT requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of one year experience in CT
  • Requires registration with the 1199 Job Security Fund.
  • Must live within a commutable distance to NYP.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with EMR, RIS, HIS, PACS, and modality-specific software
  • Previous relevant experience in research
  • Prior experience with Siemens equipment
