This position is ideal for a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) who enjoys building relationships with patients and working with a great team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct CPAP setups, appointments, and educate patients on their equipment
  • Troubleshoot PAP equipment, masks, and therapy challenges
  • Assist patients with their resupply orders
  • Monitor compliance and therapy effectiveness from vendor platforms
  • Perform follow-up appointments to improve patient success and adherence
  • Document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system
  • Collaborate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral partners
  • Assist patients with insurance, billing, and supply questions
  • Promote outstanding customer service during every patient interaction
  • Support company initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes
  • Participate in on call rotation every 6 weeks.
