About The Position

Brookdale is hiring a Certified Caregiver to provide direct care to residents, attend to individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each senior with respect and dignity. The role includes helping residents with activities of daily living and personal care, supporting light housekeeping, and engaging residents in meaningful conversations. Depending on state regulations, training or certification may be required. Responsibilities

Provide direct care to residents and recognize their individual needs.
Encourage resident independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
Help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Complete training or certification if required by state regulation.
