About The Position
Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking Certified Caregivers to provide care and build meaningful relationships with residents in assisted living and memory care. The role is intended for people who are passionate about working with seniors and want to make a positive impact on residents’ lives. Day shifts are currently available in Memory Care, as well as PRN opportunities across all shifts. An Earn to Learn program is offered for candidates who are not yet certified.
Requirements
- Certified Caregiver certification is preferred.
- One year of caregiver experience in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting is ideal.
- Able to work weekends.
- Diligent with paperwork.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good assessment skills.
- Interested in learning and developing skills.
