About The Position
Watermark Retirement Communities is hiring a Certified Caregiver to provide care to residents in assisted living and memory care while developing meaningful relationships with them. The role is intended for someone who is passionate about working with seniors and wants to make a positive impact. Available full-time shifts are 6 a.m.–2 p.m. Sunday–Thursday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m. Thursday–Monday, or 2 p.m.–10 p.m. Tuesday–Saturday.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Caregiver.
- One year of caregiver experience in an assisted living, memory care, or home care setting is ideal.
- Able to work weekends.
- Diligent in paperwork.
- Great work ethic.
- Great assessment skills.
- Interested in learning and growing their skill set.
