About The Position

Compassionate Care In-Home Care is hiring compassionate, dedicated, and efficient caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors and other individuals in their own homes. The role supports clients in maintaining independence, comfort, and warmth at home while providing high-quality personal service. Caregivers are matched with local clients in Fresno and neighboring counties, with placements near where they live when possible.

The employer offers flexible scheduling, including day, night, and weekend shifts, and can work around caregiver availability. Immediate shifts are available after orientation. Pay starts at $17 per hour and varies based on experience and level of care. Requirements

• Valid driver's license, car, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and TB test.
