About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in Sunderland, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants.

Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Shifts of 8–12 hours are available, with flexible scheduling across daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend hours. Immediate start opportunities are available. Qualified new hires can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
