About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Westfield, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. Opportunities are available for homemakers, Personal Care Assistants (PCs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Applicants may have caregiving experience or be interested in starting a caregiving career. Free training opportunities are available to qualified applicants who do not yet have HHA or CNA certification. Positions are offered full-time and part-time, with flexible scheduling and day and overnight shifts. Shifts are 8 to 12 hours, depending on the assignment. The employer offers competitive pay based on experience, qualifications, and assignment, along with support from a dedicated office team and opportunities to develop caregiving skills.

- Caregiving experience is welcome, but applicants looking to start a caregiving career are also encouraged to apply.
Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification; free training opportunities are available to qualified applicants who do not yet have certification.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Do laundry and help maintain a safe home environment.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist clients with mobility.
- Report changes in a client's condition or well-being.
