About The Position

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Certified Caregiver for its assisted living community. The role provides residents with support in activities of daily living, including grooming and bathing, and helps them maintain their personal environment. The caregiver transports residents within the community, responds promptly and appropriately to emergency calls, resident and visitor requests, and environmental hazards, and follows resident care plans while obtaining vital signs.

This is a full-time overnight position scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. A valid Arizona Caregiver Certificate, a high school diploma or equivalent, and CPR certification are required. Experience with an elderly population is preferred. Team members must meet applicable state educational requirements and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Review and adhere to resident care plans.
